NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-coated fabric comprises manufacturing rubber coating plate, dispersing 5-8 mass% graphene powder, 3-5 mass% metal powder and 35-40 mass% crosslinking agent in 45-60 mass% organic solvent, fully stirring to uniformly disperse, obtaining a coating mixture, coating the coating mixture on fabric within 3 hours, putting in an oven to dry, controlling the oven temperature, curing at constant temperature of 50-60 degrees C for 24 hours, and obtaining the product. USE - Preparation of graphene-coated fabric used for making intelligent clothes. ADVANTAGE - The process provides graphene-coated fabric, which has high conductivity, improved washing resistance, lasting antistatic property and conductivity, and coating, which can be randomly designed into a pattern, and meets the fabric requirements. Graphene can replace wire and the coating mixture can be used e.g. for microcircuit board and microelectronic components useful for making intelligent clothes.
