NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide doped molecular imprinted polymer coated stir bar involves taking methyl methacrylate, methanol/graphene oxide aqueous solution at volume ratio of 7:3, propranolol, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile, ultrasonically mixing to obtain graphene oxide doped molecular imprinted prepolymer solution, placing mold into pretreated glass capillary tube, pouring graphene oxide doped molecular imprinted prepolymer solution, polymerizing in water bath, removing pretreated glass capillary tube, inserting core, adding eluent and ultrasonically cleaning. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide doped molecular imprinted polymer coated stir bar used for selectively extracting and analyzing drug (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coated stir bar has adjustable inner diameter, non-perforated bottom cover, good mechanical, thermal and chemical stability, strong aqueous phase identification ability and extraction selectivity, and high adsorption capacity and mass transfer rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide doped molecular imprinted polymer coated stir bar comprises placing glass capillary tube in sodium hydroxide solution, activating, cleaning, drying, taking methyl methacrylate, methanol/graphene oxide aqueous solution at volume ratio of 7:3, propranolol, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile, ultrasonically mixing to obtain graphene oxide doped molecular imprinted prepolymer solution, placing mold into pretreated glass capillary tube, pouring graphene oxide doped molecular imprinted prepolymer solution, covering, placing in sealed container, nitrogen purging, polymerizing in water bath, removing pretreated glass capillary tube, inserting iron core, adding methanol solution as eluent, ultrasonically cleaning 4-8 times for greater than or equal to 20 minutes each and recovering propranolol.
