NOVELTY - Preparation of inkjet printing graphene electrode involves separately placing prepared reduced graphene oxide conductive ink and metal oxide nanomaterial/reduced graphene oxide conductive ink in ink cartridge, fixing pretreated substrate on the printing table, setting the heating temperature to 60-100 degrees C, adjusting the distance between the printer nozzle and the substrate to 1 mm, printing reduced graphene oxide conductive ink on the substrate as electrode, printing metal oxide nanomaterial/reduced graphene oxide conductive ink between the electrodes. USE - Preparation of inkjet printing graphene electrode for impedance-type gas-sensitive sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses reduced graphene oxide and metal oxide nanomaterials which provides large number of electrons or holes to make up the defect of too low density of states of the graphene material to improve the conductivity of electrode.
