▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The nano laser light generating apparatus is provided with the nano laser with certain minute current generated in approval in a transparent graphene electrode. The transparent graphene electrode is equipped in a micro disk resonator in the outside of an outside dielectric ring. The extrusion dielectric ring piles a boundary face of the micro disk resonator. A metallic layer is equipped in a central portion of the micro disk resonator. The metallic layer is made from gold, germanium compound metal, zinc alloy and nickel-gold. USE - Nano laser light generating apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The nano laser light generating apparatus is provided with the nano laser with certain minute current generated in approval in a transparent graphene electrode, and thus reduces the generating of nano laser to half in comparison with the conventional electric drive nano laser light generating apparatus, and easily control the movement of light and the laser. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a nano laser light generating apparatus.
