NOVELTY - Synthesizing porous graphene composite catalyst comprises mixing graphene oxide dispersion liquid, cupric salt and reduction agent in alkali solution, heating, fully reacting, cooling, separating and purifying, drying, adding transition metal compound and heteroatom compound, heat treating, ultrasonically dispersing with acid, separating and purifying, and drying. USE - Method for synthesizing porous graphene composite catalyst used for preparing lithium source battery, lithium ion battery or fuel battery or supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has excellent catalytic property. The method is simple and easy.
