NOVELTY - The machine comprises a bottom plate assembly, a first rotating roller, a first supporting plate, an automatic spraying machine and a conduit. The bottom plate assembly is fixedly connected to the first rotating roller. The first supporting plate is fixed on the bottom plate assembly. The automatic spraying machine is fixed and connected to three groups of conduits. A compaction unit is arranged in the bottom plate assembly. A defoaming unit is installed in the bottom plate assembly. The first supporting plate is fixedly connected with the compaction unit. The compaction unit compacts the graphene elastic mesh cloth and the release paper to bond the two and squeezes out the excess epoxy resin. The defoaming unit removes the bubbles inside the graphene elastic mesh cloth and the release paper bonded after the compaction unit is compacted. USE - Used as graphene elastic net cloth reinforced carbon fiber fishing rod processing machine. ADVANTAGE - The machine: realizes that the epoxy resin is evenly coated on the release paper; stretches graphene elastic net cloth to the same length as the release paper; drives graphene elastic net cloth to move downward; remove the internal air bubbles after bonding, so as to avoid local breakage of the fishing rod; and improves the overall strength of the fishing rod.
