NOVELTY - Preparing copper oxide/polydopamine/reducing graphene copper oxide/polydopamine/reduced graphene oxide by two-step ultrasonic chemical method comprises e. g. (i) mixing 50 ml 0.1 M tris solution and 14.7 ml 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution to obtain 100 ml tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution with pH 8-9; (ii) mixing 60 ml tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution, 2-8 ml graphene oxide solution having concentration of 5 mg/ml and 10 mg dopamine powder, and mixing in an ice water bath for 10 minutes, performing insertion reaction using ultrasonic horn with ultrasonic frequency of 20 kHz and ultrasonic power of 150-225 W, reacting with continuous ultrasound and continuous aeration, ultra-sonicating for 0.5-1 hours, centrifuging at 8000-12000 revolutions/second, cleaning for many times, freeze-drying does not exceed 24 hours to obtain reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine; and (iii) mixing 10-40 mg reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine with 50 ml 0.01 mol/l copper acetate precursor solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing copper oxide/polydopamine/reducing graphene copper oxide/polydopamine/reduced graphene oxide by two-step ultrasonic chemical method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing copper oxide/polydopamine/reducing graphene copper oxide/polydopamine/reduced graphene oxide by two-step ultrasonic chemical method comprises (i) mixing 50 ml 0.1 M tris solution and 14.7 ml 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution to make 100 ml tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution with pH 8-9; (ii) mixing 60 ml tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution, 2-8 ml graphene oxide solution having concentration of 5 mg/ml and 10 mg dopamine powder, and mixing in an ice water bath for 10 minutes, performing insertion reaction using ultrasonic horn with ultrasonic frequency of 20 kHz and ultrasonic power of 150-225 W, reacting with continuous ultrasound and continuous aeration, ultra-sonicating for 0.5-1 hours, centrifuging at 8000-12000 revolutions/second, cleaning for many times, freeze-drying does not exceed 24 hours to obtain reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine; and (iii) mixing 10-40 mg reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine with 50 ml 0.01 mol/l copper acetate precursor solution, subjecting the ultrasonic horn with ultrasonic frequency of 20 kHz to plug-in reaction and ultrasonic power 150-225 W, keeping ultrasound mode with total ultrasound time of 0.5-1 hours, obtaining composite material of copper oxide/reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine and centrifuging at 9000 revolutions/seconds, cleaning, and freeze drying for 24 hours, and calculating the amount of each substance in the above reaction per part.
