NOVELTY - The metal processing multi-functional lubricant comprises 10-15 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil-modified polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. isopropanolamine, 20-25 pts. wt. graphene additive, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 3-5 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 1-3 pts. wt. pH adjusting agent, 1-3 pts. wt. balancing agent and remaining deionized water. USE - Metal processing multi-functional lubricant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly metal processing multi-functional lubricant has excellent lubricating effect, high temperature resistance, excellent stability, reduced labor intensity and improved production efficiency, and prepared by simple process at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of metal processing multi-functional lubricant, which involves adding deionized water, balancing agent and film-forming additive, stirring at 400-600 rpm, heating at 50-70 degrees C, cooling to 30-40 degrees C when the raw material is completely dissolved, dripping graphene additive, stirring uniformly, dripping aqueous ammonia, adjusting pH value of the system to 9-10, adding epoxidized soybean oil-modified polyurethane, isopropanolamine and defoaming agent at 800-1000 rpm, stirring for 0.5- 1 hour and cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
