▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electric heating apparatus (1000) comprises housing (100) having multiple blinds (110), a slab (200) provided within housing. A heating element is embedded within slab and multiple supporting wheels (300) coupled with housing to provide spacing between housing and ground. The heating element conducts heat to slab upon electrical connection of heating element and heat is transferred from heated slab towards the surroundings through multiple blinds thus warming up the surroundings. USE - Electric heating apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The electric heating apparatus is environment friendly because of the use of pervious and conductive concrete slab prepared from construction waste such as, recycled aggregates, includes the concrete slab which is porous and conductive and has reduced electrical resistivity, retains heat for a prolonged time as compared to the conventional room heaters, which thus reduces the electricity consumption, has a longer life span than conventional heaters as there is minimum wear and tear and no rusting on the concrete slab. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a slab for an electric heating apparatus, which involves mixing cement, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, carbon steel fibers, graphene powder, and water to form a concrete mix.
