NOVELTY - Preparing neodymium-doped oxidized graphene/titanium dioxide composite self-cleaning film involves adding tetrabutyl titanate and aqueous neodymium nitrate solution to solvent (anhydrous ethanol and water), and then stirring mixture to obtain precursor solution. The concentration of titanium ion in precursor solution is 0.01-0.10mol/l. The concentration of neodymium ion in precursor solution is 0-1.5wt.%. 1.0ml Concentrated hydrochloric acid is added to precursor solution. The precursor solution is coated on a substrate, and then dried at 150-200 degrees C for 5-25 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing neodymium-doped oxidized graphene/titanium dioxide composite self-cleaning film involves adding tetrabutyl titanate and aqueous neodymium nitrate solution to solvent (anhydrous ethanol and water), and then stirring mixture to obtain precursor solution. The concentration of titanium ion in precursor solution is 0.01-0.10mol/l. The concentration of neodymium ion in precursor solution is 0-1.5wt.%. 1.0ml Concentrated hydrochloric acid is added to precursor solution. The precursor solution is coated on a substrate, and then dried at 150-200 degrees C for 5-25 times. The dried substrate is baked at 400 degrees C for 1 hour to obtain the final product i.e. neodymium-doped oxidized graphene/titanium dioxide composite self-cleaning film.
