▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of vanadium-aluminum alloy comprises (i) removing iron from vanadium slag, crushing, sieving, adding dilute sulfuric acid, acid leaching to obtain acidolysis liquid, (ii) adding potassium hydroxide solution into acidolysis liquid, adjusting the pH, forming precipitate of calcium vanadate, filtering and washing to obtain vanadium containing filter residue, (iii) ball milling the vanadium carrying filter residue to obtain activated vanadium bearing filter residue, (iv) mixing vanadium containing filter residue with aluminum powder and adding into the dilute sulfuric acid, mixing dilute sulfuric acid solution and vanadium-containing filter residue to obtain slurry, and (v) carrying out thermal reduction of aluminum by spraying and drying the slurry in the gas atmosphere to obtain the dried powder, mixing the dried powder and the copper powder and adding graphene oxide after drying, uniformly mixing and smelting to obtain the vanadium-aluminum alloy. USE - The method is useful for producing vanadium-aluminum alloy, which is useful as an additive for producing titanium alloy and special alloy without iron and vanadium. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient production of vanadium-aluminum alloy with high purity and reduced adding amount and cost, and ensures fineness of the vanadium slag, thus saves the leaching time and improves the efficiency of the slag.
