NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified calcium carbonate denitration agent involves placing coupling agent, graphene, and calcium carbonates powder into a ball mill for first ball milling to obtain a pre-modified carbonate powder. Attapulgite and denitrification catalyst is added to a second ball mill. Water is Also added under stirring uniformly and then placed into a kneading machine to knead into a required shape to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based modified calcium carbonate denitration agent used in coal-fired power plant flue gas. ADVANTAGE - The obtained denitration agent can effectively resist the poisoning effect of sulphide and water to the denitrate catalyst, and has good effect of absorbing smoke and high denitratability efficiency, and maintains a long time of high stripping efficiency, reducing the use cost of the denite catalyst. The attapulgite increases the surface area of the flue gas adsorption and helps to increase the use efficiency of the catalyst.
