NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene from biomass waste material comprises leaching biomass waste material, softening, adding lime, boiling, solid-liquid separating to obtain solid biomass residue and yellow viscous liquid, desiliconizing hydrolyzing biomass solid residue, soaking in hydrofluoric acid, boiling, filtering to obtain desiliconizing hydrolyzing slag, carbonizing, sintering under protection atmosphere, performing decalcification, leaching in mixed acid solution, solid-liquid separating and high-temperature graphitizing at more than 2400 degrees C at heating of 20 degrees C/minute under argon gas atmosphere. USE - Method for preparing graphene from biomass waste material (claimed) used for lithium ion battery and supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low cost, high yield and easy implementation for industrial large-scale production.
