▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polymer-modified graphene film comprises a substrate, a graphene film on the substrate, and a high-dielectric constant polymer modified layer modified on the surface of the graphene film. USE - The graphene film is useful as transparent conductive electrode in organic light-emitting device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene film: reduces the injection barrier of hole carriers; improves carrier injection; has high dielectric constant polymer modified materials that have excellent chemical stability, not easy to volatilize and aggregate; and can be applied in light-emitting devices that can improve the current density, luminous brightness, current efficiency and power efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the preparing polymer-modified graphene film, comprising (i) preparing graphene film and transferring to a substrate, (ii) preparing high dielectric constant polymer solution, and (iii) using the solution method to modify the high-dielectric-constant polymer solution to the surface of the graphene film to form a high-dielectric-constant polymer modified layer.
