▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves placing the copper substrate in a homogenizer, evenly covering the surface of the copper substrate with the positive glue, and baking the copper substrate covered with the positive glue at 75 degrees C-90 degrees C. The film board on the positive glue is covered, and the air suction switch is turned on to make the film board and the positive glue close. The copper-based structure is put in a high-temperature furnace. The annealed copper-based structure is placed in a chemical vapor deposition system, and the methane is used as a carbon source and hydrogen as a reducing agent to three-dimensionally grow graphene on the surface of the copper-based structure. The decomposition rate and nucleation density are controlled, and graphene is coated on the surface of the copper-based structure to complete the preparation of the double-sided superimposed copper-based graphene coating structure. USE - Method for preparing copper-based graphene coating structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating structure improves the electromagnetic shielding performance under the condition of maintaining the same optical transmittance. The coating structure has a uniform surface, has a transparent electromagnetic shielding function and has good oxidation corrosion stability. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram of the method for preparing the copper-based graphene coating structure. (Drawing includes non-English language text)
