NOVELTY - Preparing water-resistant and anti-freeze shale clear water brick comprises (a) adding crushed plant straw in 5-7% sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution and 3-6% zinc oxide aqueous solution, sealing, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution and 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole chloride ion liquid, adding single-wall carbon nano-tube, ultrasonically dispersing, (b) taking shale, soaking the crushed shale in the modified plant straw cellulose solution, adding ethyl orthosilicate to mix, (c) mixing the modified shale and fly ash, add water, and a flux, mixing to obtain the mixture, pouring the mixture into a granulator to be granulated to obtain a pre-treated blank, aging to obtain the base material granules, (d) pouring the base material particles into a mold and press to form a blank, moving the blank into a drying oven, drying at 85-98 degrees C to obtain a pretreated blank and (e) moving the pretreated blank into a sintering furnace and sintering to form a brick. USE - The method is useful for preparing water-resistant and anti-freeze shale clear water brick. ADVANTAGE - The method is safe and simple. The brick has good water resistance, good frost resistance and mechanical property.
