NOVELTY - Preparation of wearing reinforced acrylic fiber, involves dissolving ferric chloride in water, heating, stirring, adding graphene to ferric chloride solution, ultrasonically dispersing, cooling, carrying out vacuum filtration, drying precipitated solid to obtain ferric chloride-loaded graphene, adding ferric chloride-loaded graphene, lactic acid and carbon tetrachloride to dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain additive solution, adding acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate and ascorbic acid to dimethylformamide, adding additive solution, and performing polymerization. USE - Preparation of reinforced acrylic fiber for wearing. ADVANTAGE - The acrylic fiber has high strength, excellent antistatic and flame retardance properties, and maintains original smoothness of fiber surface, and is burr-free. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of wearing reinforced acrylic fiber, involves (i) dissolving ferric chloride in water, heating and stirring, adding graphene to ferric chloride solution, ultrasonically dispersing, cooling, carrying out vacuum filtration, drying the precipitated solid to obtain graphene loaded with ferric chloride, (ii) adding graphene loaded with ferric chloride, lactic acid and carbon tetrachloride to dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain additive solution, (iii) adding acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate and ascorbic acid to dimethylformamide, adding additive solution, and carrying out polymerization, separating the polymer product after the reaction is completed, and granulating to obtain polyacrylonitrile masterbatch, (iv) dissolving polyacrylonitrile masterbatch in dimethylformamide to obtain a spinning solution, and carrying out dry-spinning process using spinning solution to obtain acrylic fiber.
