▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Sensor assembly comprises (a) a two dimensional (2D) micro-scale motion detector adapted to act as a sample receiver, and (b) a read-out system adapted for measuring alteration of suspended layer. The detector comprises an inert suspended layer, and at least one support for the suspended layer, where the suspended layer is 1-5 atoms thick. USE - The sensor assembly is useful for monitoring activity of microorganism, living cell constituent, virus, or living nano-organism (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor assembly detects activity in accurate and reproducible manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a chip comprising at least one 2D micro-scale motion detector; (2) a sensor assembly (B) comprising the chip; (3) an electronic device comprising the sensor assembly (A) or chip, at least two channels each individually in electrical connection with the read-out system, preferably 5-200 channels, and at least one readout line; (4) a method for operating the sensor assembly involves providing a volume of liquid comprising a microorganism, living cell constituent, virus, or living nano-organism, and measuring motion of the microorganism, living cell constituent or virus, over time; and (5) a disposable sample stage comprising a 2D micro-scale motion detector adapted to act as a sample receiver, comprising an inert suspended layer and at least one support for the suspended layer.
