▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of T-type Fenton catalyst in which ferric oxide and iron oxychloride crystals coexist by graphene-regulated solid-phase synthesis, involves taking 10 mg graphene powder, accurately weighing ferric chloride, adding graphene powder and ferric chloride in a mass ratio of 1:1-1:5 into a mortar, grinding, putting into a muffle furnace, and calcining at a temperature not less than 220℃ for at least 30 minutes. USE - Preparation of T-type Fenton catalyst for use as solid catalyst for processing organic wastewater e.g. for removing organic pollutants e.g. rhodamine B, methyl orange, methyl red and trichlorophenol in wastewater (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy, ensures low energy loss, and provides environmentally-friendly Fenton catalyst having high catalytic activity, reusability and stability. After 12 cycles of tests, the degradation rate of rhodamine B by the catalyst is maintained at more than 99%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) T-type Fenton catalyst; and (2) usage method of T-type Fenton catalyst for processing organic wastewater, which involves adding T-type Fenton catalyst as a solid catalyst into a glass bottle, adding organic pollutant solution, ultrasonically mixing, adjusting the pH of mixed solution using sodium hydroxide solution having concentration of not less than 0.1 M or sulfuric acid solution having concentration of not less than 0.1 M, adding hydrogen peroxide to obtain a mixture system solution, stirring and reacting, and completing the treatment of organic wastewater when the degradation rate of organic pollutants in the mixture system solution reaches the requirement.
