ADVANTAGE - The product preparation method: has simple process, and good stability; improves toughness of prepared composite material; reduces the curing temperature of the system; and ensures the product performance is uniform and stable. The benzoxazine composition preparation method: is simple, and suitable for large-scale production compared with modified benzoxazine system in existing technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Benzoxazine composition, comprises benzoxazine compound A, and organosilicone modifier, where the benzoxazine compound A contains at least one multifunctional benzoxazine structural unit of formula (I), and the silicone modifier is of formulae (II) and (III). R1 = -O-, -(C=O)-, -(CH2)k-, naphthalene-2,7-dioxy or biphenyl-4,4'-dioxy; k = 0-6; R2 = -CH2-, -C(CH3)2-, -O-, -CF2-, -C(CF3)2-, -SO2- or -Si(CH3)2-; i = 1-10; R3 = -OH or -CH3; m = greater than or equal to 20; n = greater than or equal to 1; R4 = -(CH2)tCOOH; t = 1-5; R5 = -OH or -CH3; p = greater than or equal to 20; q = greater than or equal to 2; R6 = pyridine moiety of formula (IV); R7 = -(CH2)sNHCH2- or -(CH2)t-; = 1-5; and t = 2-4. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for benzoxazine composition product, obtained by curing benzoxazine composition.
