NOVELTY - The method has using grid, regulating storage tank, electric flocculation coupled with ozone catalytic oxidation rapid purification integrated equipment, equipping left side of top of reactor with a water inlet pipe, placing pairs of sheet electrodes in parallel inside, connecting anode plate and cathode plate to external power supply through connecting wires, fixing catalyst by setting a grid on the top of catalyst, flowing treated water through immobilized catalyst layer and flowing out through drain on bottom of reactor, where the solid catalysts used are cobalt loaded on red mud and cerium loaded on red mud, Bauxite-loaded iron and bauxite-loaded manganese, copper manganese oxide supported catalyst, manganese dioxide-cobalt oxide supported catalyst, lanthanum cobaltite supported catalyst, and using vertical and parallel electrode plate arrays, where the electrode pairs are iron-iron, iron-aluminum, iron-stainless steel, iron-carbon felt, iron-phosphorus doping graphene carbon felt. USE - Method for electroflocculation coupled ozone catalytic oxidation rapid water purification, which is used for initial rainwater and urban overflow pollution. ADVANTAGE - The method can efficiently remove suspended solids in rainwater and non-dissolved pollutants on the surface, can cooperate with the solid-phase catalyst to catalyze the decomposition of ozone to produce hydroxide by ferrous ions and iron oxyhydroxides, improves the catalytic ozone oxidation removal effect on dissolved COD and ammonia nitrogen, can reach suspended solids removal rate of in initial rainwater and urban overflow pollution of 90-99.9%, COD removal rate of 80-99.9%, ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 75-90%, and can realize the synchronous and rapid removal of suspended matter, organic matter and ammonia nitrogen in the initial rainwater, and provides an integrated device system and operation method for the purification of initial rainwater and urban overflow pollution. The device has small footprint, simple equipment structure, and easy maintenance.
