NOVELTY - Ultra-light pumping foam concrete with high stability comprises 50-60 pts. wt. silicate cement, 5-10 pts. wt. mineral admixtures, 5-10 pts. wt. fast-hardening cement, 0.5-1 pts. wt. inorganic short fibers, 15-25 pts. wt. water, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. graphene oxide aerogel, 4-8 pts. wt. composite foaming agent and 12-18 pts. wt. polystyrene particles. USE - The ultra-light pumping foam concrete is useful for high-rise/super high-rise building roof, ground, envelope and other parts of the pumping cast-in-place construction. ADVANTAGE - The foam concrete: is green environmentally friendly; has high porosity, good hydrophobic property, good elasticity, compression rate of not less than 70%, excellent energy storage and thermal insulation performance, waterproof, light weight, and high strength; and can meet the requirements of long pumping distance and small density loss.
