NOVELTY - Heat resistant polyurethane adhesive comprises 50-88 pts. wt. polycaprolactone diol, 22-40 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 7-12 pts. wt. humic acid, 2-9 pts. wt. glucose, 3-15 pts. wt. hydrophilic chain extender, 2-5 pts. wt. coconut oleic acid diethanolamide, 1.5-3 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. hollow microsphere, 3-9 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1.3-2.1 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 2-3.2 pts. wt. triethylamine, 2-3 pts. wt. 1,4-butanediol, 2-5 pts. wt. internal crosslinking agent and 0.9-1.7 pts. wt. 1,2-hydroxymethyl-carborane. USE - Used as heat resistant polyurethane adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has high bonding strength, excellent mechanical property, heat resistance and flame retardant properties.
