PVC, 10-20 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-15 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer and 1-3 pts. wt. silicone oil. USE - High oil-proof skid-proof rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The material is not easy to deform and age, and has long service life and good acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, skid-proof performance and oil corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high oil-proof skid-proof rubber material comprising stirring chloroprene rubber and nitrile rubber, plasticating to obtain mixed master batch, adding PVC, thermoplastic polyurethane, graphene and flame retardant, mixing at 110-140 degrees C for 25-30 minutes to obtain second mixture, standing at room temperature for 24 hours, adding vulcanizing agent and silicone oil, adding into open mill roller for crushing, thinning 2-3 times, adjusting thinning roller distance to 0.5-0.7 mm, and putting mixed rubber material into die press for pressing and molding.
