NOVELTY - A double-layer sol graphene film comprises 10-15 pts. wt. lignin, 40-50 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 1-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 0.4-1 pt. wt. sucrose acetate isobutyrate, 100-130 pts. wt. activated graphene, 5-7 pts. wt. palm wax, and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. triethylamine. USE - Double-layer sol graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The double-layer film has high mechanical strength, high toughness, excellent electrical conductivity and high comprehensive quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of double-layer sol graphene film, which involves mixing activated graphene with palm wax, adding to the anhydrous mash of 20-30 times the weight of the mixture, stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, uniformly coating on a glass plate, drying in an oven at 60-65 degrees C for 10-13 hours, cooling the output, and peeling off the film to obtain a graphene film, taking aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, adding it to a concentration of 5-40 times the concentration of 5-7% sodium hydroxide solution, stirring at 65-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding carbon fiber and lignin, heat treating at 150-160 degrees C for 40-50 minutes to obtain a lignin dispersion, taking the above graphene film, feeding it into a container of comparable size, and sequentially adding the lignin dispersion, tetraethyl orthosilicate, and sucrose acetate isobutyrate, rotating the container, maintaining the rotation speed of 200-300 rpm, rotating for 5-7 hours, adding triethylamine, continuing to rotate at 3-5 degrees C for 3-4 hours, discharging, and drying.
