NOVELTY - Endoscope system (100) comprises an insertion unit (110) inserted into the control body unit (120) to obtain an image of the examination site; a control body unit for changing the position and posture of the insertion part; a control unit for transmitting a control command to the control body unit, where the control body unit includes a motor unit (122) configured to convert electric power into mechanical power; a power transmission unit (124) configured to transmit mechanical power generated from the motor unit to the insertion unit, where the control unit includes an entry direction information calculation unit configured to calculate entry direction information of the insertion unit from the image acquired by the insertion unit; and a posture determination control value calculation unit that calculates a control value of the motor unit from the entry direction information. USE - The system is useful for posture control and movement of insertion tube are controlled by electrically generated power. ADVANTAGE - The system enables effective endoscopic procedures to be performed regardless of the skill level of the operator by automatically controlling the posture of the endoscope bend when entering the endoscope; reduces the operating fatigue of the medical staff using the endoscopic system and the muscle fatigue during the procedure is achieved by using a material different from the prior art, for example, super-engineering plastic, graphene added carbon fiber and tungsten alloy string; and enables a more convenient procedure for endoscopy operators and is expected to improve patient safety.
