The pure water supply device and hydrogen peroxide feeding device are respectively connected with the high temperature reaction kettle. The control system is respectively connected with the raw material pre-mixing system, pure water supply device, hydrogen peroxide feeding device and cleaning filter device, controlling the device to automatically operate.
