NOVELTY - Preparing polyethylene (PE) material-graphene color master batch comprises e.g. (i) crushing PE raw material to obtain 50-80 meshes PE powder, then mixing with graphene material, and stirring, (ii) distributing graphene material on PE powder, adding mixed material into the in the circulation boiler for heating processing, adding buffering agent to improve dispersion osmotic effect, (iii) further increasing the temperature of circulating boiler and continuously stirring, dispersing and dissolving graphene material, and (iv) cooling and granulating the masterbatch slurry to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing PE material-graphene color master batch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves dispersion osmotic effect; and master batch has very excellent properties, improves use of PE material, and increases diversified function of the PE material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyethylene (PE) material-graphene color master batch comprises (i) crushing PE raw material to obtain 50-80 meshes PE powder, then mixing with graphene material, and continuously stirring, (ii) uniformly distributing graphene material on PE powder, adding mixed material into the in the circulation boiler for heating processing, adding buffering agent to improve dispersion osmotic effect, (iii) further increasing the temperature of circulating boiler and continuously stirring, uniformly dispersing and dissolving graphene material, and (iv) cooling and granulating the masterbatch slurry to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for PE material-graphene color master batch comprising polyethylene material and graphene material.
