NOVELTY - The structure has mixed material for cell culture in which a first material based on an ion conductive polymer and a second material based on a biopolymer are mixed at a preset ratio. The impedance of the cell culture structure is changed when the cells are cultured and proliferated, and the change in impedance is measured through an electrode array arranged adjacent to the cell culture structure. The first material based on the ion conductive polymer is selected from Nafion(RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer), Graphene oxide, silicon dioxide, PEDOT, and Polypyrrole. The second material based on the biopolymer is selected from gelatin, fibronectin, chitosan, keratin, hyaluronic acid, collagen, polysaccharide, polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, and polycaprolactone. USE - Structure for culturing cell such as breast cancer cell. ADVANTAGE - The incubator capable of analyzing cells by an electro-chemical method is provided. The process of creating a cell culture medium is provided effectively.
