NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity environmentally-friendly energy-saving engine lubricant comprises 2-4 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene nano-sheet, 50-70 pts. wt. rape seed oil, 3-6 pts. wt. isopropanol, 15-25 pts. wt. poly- alpha -olefin PAO6, 5-15 pts. wt. polyol ester PriEco 3000, 3-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl pyrrolidone, 4-8 pts. wt. sulfur powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. tungsten powder, 6-12 pts. wt. zeolite ZIF-8, 2-3 pts. wt. linoleic acid, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethyl sulfoxide, 8-11 pts. wt. inhibitor LZL803B, 4-7 pts. wt. ethylene-propylene copolymer T618, 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water and anhydrous ethanol. USE - Used as high thermal conductivity environmentally-friendly energy-saving engine lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The lubricant can improve its integration with the base oil by introducing a hydrophobic oleophilic material zeolite ZIF-8; and has high anti-friction and friction-reducing effect, conductivity, stability and dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high thermal conductivity environmentally-friendly energy-saving engine lubricant comprising (a) mixing sulfur powder and tungsten powder, to form a mixture, allowing the mixture to react at 110-260 degrees C and crystallizing the reaction products in a non-oxidizing atmosphere at 500-700 degrees C, to obtain the residual tungsten disulfide powder and sulfur powder mixture, (b) taking the mixture of step (a) and fluorinated graphene nano-sheet with de-ionized water, adding linoleic acid and isopropanol, to obtain suspension, processing the suspension under strong ultrasonic field for 8-12 hours by ball milling agitation the material, freezing and drying, to obtain superfine tungsten disulfide and sulfur, fluorinated graphene nano-sheet mixture powder, (c) dispersing the mixture powder in dimethyl sulfoxide solvent, adding zeolite ZIF-8, stirring uniformly, placing into a polytetrafluoroethylene reaction kettle, reacting at 80-120 degrees C for 5-10 days, filtering, washing for 2-4 times with anhydrous ethanol and drying, to obtain the adsorption of superfine tungsten disulfide and sulfur, fluorinated graphene nano-powder and a mixture of dimethyl sulfoxide-filled zeolite ZIF-8 and (d) taking the rapeseed oil, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, poly- alpha -alkene PAO6 and polyol ester PriEco3004, adding inhibitor LZL803B and propylene copolymer T618 mixture of step (c) into a stirrer and stirring for 30-90 minutes.
