▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing metal oxide quantum dot/three-dimensional porous graphene composite material comprises e.g. (i) dispersing ultrasonic three-dimensional porous graphene powder in the organic solvent, adding metal salt, stirring, dissolving and dropping deionized water under condition of stirring to obtain uniform dispersion, (ii) placing dispersion into hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydro-thermal reaction and naturally cooling, and (iii) filtering the product, washing and drying to obtain the metal oxide quantum dot/graphene three-dimensional porous composite material. USE - The material is useful in electrochemical energy storage fields e.g. lithium ion batteries and super capacitors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has ultra-high rate performance and electrochemical stability with high cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing metal oxide quantum dot/three-dimensional porous graphene composite material comprises (i) uniformly dispersing the ultrasonic three-dimensional porous graphene powder in the organic solvent, then adding the metal salt, stirring, dissolving and dropping deionized water under the condition of stirring to obtain uniform dispersion, (ii) placing the dispersion into hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydro-thermal reaction at 100-200 degrees C and naturally cooling, and (iii) filtering the product obtained in the step (ii), washing and drying to obtain the metal oxide quantum dot/graphene three-dimensional porous composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the metal oxide quantum dots/three-dimensional porous graphene composites prepared by the above mentioned method.
