NOVELTY - The device has a FET formed with a single crystal graphene layer. A sensor is connected with the FET to form a FET array structure. A conductive channel is formed on the sensor. The single crystal graphene layer is non covalent combination. The single crystal graphene layer is provided with probe molecule. The sensor is connected with a micro-fluidic chip and a measuring circuit. USE - Binding kinetic energy detection molecule sensing device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a binding kinetic energy detection molecule sensing method.
