NOVELTY - Lubricating, anticorrosion and extreme pressure resistant coating comprises 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder, 20-25 pts. wt. modified resin, 1-2 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 1-2 pts. wt. modified nano-silicon dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. filling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. glass fiber, 30-45 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber, 2-3 pts. wt. talc, 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-2 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The coating is useful for oil transportation pipelines. ADVANTAGE - The coating changes the surface compressive structure of pipeline, and dense protective coating improves pressure resistance and wear resistance of the pipeline surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (i) uniformly mixing the raw materials except auxiliary agent and curing agent, extruding and granulating at 180-200 degrees C to obtain particle material, freezing and grinding to obtain raw material A, (ii) uniformly mixing the leveling agent, antifoaming agent and coupling agent to obtain raw material B, and (iii) uniformly mixing raw material A and raw material B, adding curing agent and uniformly mixing.
