▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A pitch-type carbon short fiber with mean fiber length of 80-500 mu m comprises graphene sheet which has closed in filler end surface observation by transmission electron microscope. The observation surface in scanning electron microscope is substantially flat. USE - A pitch-type carbon short fiber for composition used for molding for heat radiation material used for electronic components, electromagnetic wave shielding material, and heat exchanger (claimed). Can also be used for connector of industrial power module of motor vehicle, heat sink for electronic components, components for semiconductor packages, heat spreader, die pad, printed wiring board, components for cooling fans, casing, components of heat exchanger, and heat pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pitch-type carbon short fiber has high thermal conductance and high moldability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) molding composition; and (2) molding.
