▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing macro-component aluminum-based composite material involves (a) mixing ceramic powder and aluminum base powder to obtain a mixed powder, (b) placing the mixed powder into a metal sheath for cold pressing, sealing and welding, and welding an exhaust pipe, (c) putting the metal heath into a steel mold, placing into a resistance furnace for heating, using a vacuum pumping device to pump the exhaust pipe outside the furnace, and at last sealing and weld the exhaust tube, (d) after the steel mold heating and heat preservation, moving to the pressing machine, and performing bidirectional pressurizing composite, and (e) taking out the blank ingot after cooling the mold, and removing the sheath to obtain the macro-particulate aluminum based composite material. USE - Macro-component aluminum-based composite material in macro-quantization and high pressure preparation technique. Uses include but are not limited to automobile industry, aerospace, electronics, war industry and sports. ADVANTAGE - The high pressure preparation method of macro-body aluminum-based composite material in macro-quantization can obtain uniform and compact microstructure, there is no particle segregation region and hole in the composite material. At the same time, it can inhibit the reaction of harmful interface, the volume fraction of the particle reinforcing body can reach to 80% and the particle volume fraction, at the same as, improving the mechanical property of the composite materials.
