NOVELTY - A composite glass septic tank comprises 50-80 pts. wt., preferably 65 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 40-60 pts. wt., preferably 50 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. melamine, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. graphene, 30-40 pts. wt., preferably 35 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, 30-40 pts. wt., preferably 35 pts. wt. bentonite, 0.8-2 pts. wt., preferably 1.4 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 1.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 1.5 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Composite glass septic tank. ADVANTAGE - The composite glass septic tank is lightweight, and has excellent strength, corrosion resistance and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite glass slag septic tank, which involves dissolving the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in xylene to obtain a solution (A), dissolving the graphene in xylene to obtain a solution (B), dripping the solution (B) to the solution (A) at 20-40 degrees C, ultrasonically vibrating for 4-5 hours, adding anhydrous ethanol, suction filtering, drying the filter cake to obtain a composite material, calcining the bentonite in a high temperature furnace at 460-480 degrees C for 2-4 hours, cooling, ball milling to obtain a modified bentonite having a particle diameter of 100-150 nm, adding phenolic epoxy resin and melamine to water, heating to 60-80 degrees C, adding the composite material with remaining raw materials, stirring for 40-60 minutes, pouring into the mold and solidifying.
