NOVELTY - A graphene modified sodium alginate polyvinyl chloride homogeneous reinforced hollow fiber membrane is prepared by preparing polyvinyl chloride hollow fibrous membrane via melt spinning method, obtaining base film, taking polyvinyl chloride and solvent 1, mixing, obtaining spinning stock solution 1, taking graphene and sodium alginate, adding solvent 2, dissolving, standing, obtaining spinning stock solution 2, adding spinning stock solution 1 and isocyanate, stirring, obtaining casting film liquid, taking base film, adding casting film liquid, extruding, spinning, rinsing, and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified sodium alginate polyvinyl chloride homogeneous reinforced hollow fiber membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has tensile break strength of 1200-2000 MPa and wall thickness of 70-400 mu m. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene modified sodium alginate polyvinyl chloride homogeneous reinforced hollow fiber membrane is prepared by preparing polyvinyl chloride hollow fibrous membrane via melt spinning method, obtaining base film, weighing 15-30 wt.% polyvinyl chloride, 5-20 wt.% graphene, 10-25 wt.% sodium alginate, 25-50 wt.% solvent 1 and 15-45 wt.% solvent 2, taking polyvinyl chloride and solvent 1, mixing, obtaining spinning stock solution 1, taking graphene and sodium alginate, adding solvent 2, dissolving, standing for 1-3 hours, obtaining spinning stock solution 2, adding spinning stock solution 1 and 1-5 wt.% isocyanate pore-forming agent, stirring, obtaining casting film liquid, taking base film, adding casting film liquid, extruding, spinning, rinsing, and drying for 20-30 hours.
