▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-doped tin oxide-based lithium battery cathode material comprises (i) adding tin tetrachloride pentahydtrate into 10-50 mg/ml aqueous solution of graphene oxide, adjusting the pH to 7-9, aging for 4-10 hours, washing, collecting lower washed product, which is gel-like; (ii) placing the gel in a reaction kettle, adding anhydrous alcohol, mixing, heating to 250-300 degrees C under 7-9 MPa for 1-5 hours, then releasing the pressure and the fluid slowly, and drying to obtain a dry gel; and (iii) calcining the dry gel under inert atmosphere at 400-500 degrees C for 20-40 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-doped tin oxide-based lithium battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-doped tin oxide-based lithium battery cathode material, prepared as mentioned above.
