▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped directional bamboo-like carbon nanotubes/graphene composite metal oxide comprises depositing 2-10 nm ferro nickel catalyst film at mass ratio of 50% iron and 50% nickel on common substrate using magnetron sputtering; carrying out plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition at predetermined temperature, time and pressure under nitrogen and oxygen gas protection for thin film etching; introducing carbon, nitrogen, oxygen gas, reacting, and carrying out chemical vapor deposition; and cooling to room temperature with protective gas. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped directional bamboo-like carbon nanotubes/graphene composite metal oxide (claimed) used in information, electronics, energy , environmental, biomedical and military fields. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped directional bamboo-like carbon nanotubes/graphene composite metal oxide has good orientation, high yield, single layer graphene, and multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The method is simple, easy to control, and convenient for industrial production.
