▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves uniformly dispersing an oxidized graphene in metal salt solution with metallized surface under continuous stirring, where concentration of the metal salt solution with metallized surface is about 10-30 g/L, uniformly dispersing time is ultrasonically dispersing for 50-70 minutes, diameter of the graphene oxide is about 5-10 microns and the thickness of the sheet layer is about 3-10 nm. Reducing agent is added for fully stirring, separating, water washing and drying to obtain a surface metallization of graphene powder. USE - Method for performing metallization process in a surface of a graphene metal-based composite material used in aerospace, equipment, nuclear power, automobile and rail transportation fields (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing low production cost, simple operation, mild condition, without any catalyst, and realizing personalized customization of multiple metallization layers for industrial production. The method enables directly using the metal salt solution of the needed surface metalization with low cost and water-soluble stronger graphene as raw material. The method enables realizing high economic value, easy preparation process in large scale and stronger heat shock resistance, improving bonding strength of the metal graphene and reducing impurity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron micrograph/microscopic photographic view of a graphene metal-based composite material.
