▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene composite coating comprises 5-20 mass% nano-cobalt oxide and graphene composite powder, 70-90 mass% epoxy resin and 5-15 mass% curing agent. The graphene composite coating has a thickness of 2-3 mm. USE - Graphene composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite coating is light efficient, fast and controllable composite coating, and has good light absorbing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing graphene composite coating, which involves: (A) dissolving cobalt chloride hexahydrate in deionized water to prepare a solution; (B) adding aqueous sodium hydroxide in the cobalt chloride hexahydrate aqueous solution with stirring magnetically to obtain a precipitate; (C) centrifuging the obtained precipitate; (D) placing the centrifuged precipitate in hydrogen peroxide and deionized water in a hydrothermal reaction kettle; (E) washing and drying the formed precipitate in vacuum to obtain nanometer cobalt oxide powder; (F) mixing the nano-cobalt oxide powder with graphene in ethanol to prepare slurry; (G) cleaning and drying aluminum as substrate; (H) fixing the aluminum on a spin coater; (I) dropping the prepared slurry on the substrate uniformly; and (J) drying the coated slurry at room temperature in vacuum to give the graphene composite coating.
