NOVELTY - Green reducing gold nano-particle composite nano-material comprises amino ion graphene, and gold nano-particles carried on by amino acid reduction and wrapping. USE - Green reducing gold nanoparticle composite nano-material used in immune sensor, as matrix for antibody fixed (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The green reducing gold nanoparticle composite nano-material improves effective area of electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for using green reducing gold nano-particle composite nano material modified glassy carbon electrode for preparing immune sensor, which involves: a. dispersing green reducing gold nanoparticle composite nanomaterial in double distilled water, dropping on glassy carbon electrode (GCE), and air drying at room temperature to obtain ascorbic acid gold nano particles (AA-AuNPs)-ionic liquid modified reduced graphene oxide (IL-rGO)/GCE, activated by 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC)/N-hdroxysuccinimide (NHS), AA-AuNPs-IL-rGO/GCE into ethylenediamine solution to close carboxyl, fixing antibody on exposed carboxyl of AA, using bovine serum albumin (BSA) closed non-specific binding site, using phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) buffer solution to wash unbound BSA, to obtain immune sensor for detecting immune response marker; and 2. a method for preparing green reducing gold nanoparticle composite nano material, which involves: a. dispersing GO into double distilled water, adding amino ionic liquid, ultrasonically processing and continuously stirring, adding alkaline substance, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, heating and stirring obtained mixed solution and refluxing, centrifuging after finishing reaction, using ethanol and double distilled water to alternately clean obtained solid, obtaining amino-ion type graphene; b. heating aqueous solution of chloroauric acid (HAuCl4) to boil, gradually adding amino acid solution, after finishing reaction, quenching obtained reaction system in ultrasonic ice bath, after finishing quenching, centrifuging, using double distilled water to wash obtained solid particles, obtaining gold nanoparticle AA-AuNPs which is reduced and wrapped by amino acid; and c. respectively uniformly dispersing IL-rGO, AA-AuNPs in double distilled water, mixing and stirring, where mass ratio of ILrGO, AA-AuNPs is 5:1-1:1, after finishing reaction, and centrifuging to obtain AA-Au NPs-IL-rGO.
