NOVELTY - Preparation of magnetic graphene three-dimensional printing consumable material involves adding 69 mL concentrated sulfuric acid to 3.0 g graphite flakes and 1.5 g sodium nitrate, stirring at 10 degrees C for 1-2 hours, slowly adding potassium permanganate, thermostat stirring at 35 degrees C for 6-9 hours, adding 9.0 g potassium permanganate, thermostat stirring at 35 degrees C for 8-14 hours, cooling to room temperature, stirring with 400 mL ice, adding 30% hydrogen peroxide solution, centrifuging at 8000 revolutions/minute (rpm), washing with deionized water, sonicating for 3 hours, and standing for 12 hours. USE - Method for preparing magnetic graphene three-dimensional printing consumable material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has low production cost and hot melt three-dimensional printing at 180-250 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of magnetic graphene three-dimensional printing consumable material comprises: (A) adding 69 mL concentrated sulfuric acid to 3.0 g graphite flakes and 1.5 g sodium nitrate, stirring at 10 degrees C for 1-2 hours, slowly adding to 9.0 g potassium permanganate, thermostat stirring at 35 degrees C for 6-9 hours, adding 9.0 g potassium permanganate, thermostat stirring at 35 degrees C for 8-14 hours, cooling to room temperature, stirring with 400 mL ice, adding 30% hydrogen peroxide solution, centrifuging at 8000 revolutions/minute (rpm), washing with deionized water, sonicating for 3 hours, and standing for 12 hours; (B) adding aqueous ammonia solution until pH of 11, adding iron(II) chloride tetrahydrate, where mass ratio of graphene oxide dispersion and iron(II) chloride tetrahydrate is 1:7.5, stir-reacting at 80 degrees C for 4 hours, centrifuging, washing with deionized water, and drying at 70 degrees C for 12 hours; (C) taking 10-30 wt.% composite filler powder, 70-88.6 wt.% thermoplastic resin powder, 0.3-8 wt.% antioxidant 1010, 0.8-1 wt.% plastic universal internal lubricant, and 0.3-0.8 wt.% plastic universal external lubricant; (D) mixing, kneading at 30-100 degrees C for 60-120 minutes, and drying at 60-80 degrees C for 2-6 hours; (E) extruding at 15-30 rpm and 175-225 degrees C, pelletizing, and drying for 10 hours at 80 degrees C; and (F) cooling and winding to diameter of 1.75 mm or 3.0 mm. The thermoplastic resin powder is pulverized thermoplastic resin, where thermoplastic resin is thermoplastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polylactic acid, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyacrylic acid, and/or polyformaldehyde. The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer comprises acrylonitrile butadiene styrene powder and styrene acrylonitrile resin at mass percentage ratio to 23-27:77-73, prepared by crushing for 3-10 minutes.
