NOVELTY - A lithium ion battery comprises negative electrode active material which is made of a carbon material having a high-rise pitch and positive electrode conductive material with reduced graphene oxide, where positive electrode active material is made of lithium iron phosphate. USE - Lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery ensures rapid insertion and deintercalation of lithium ions, has improved battery cycle performance, extends life and quickly fills up life in minutes, and achieves fast and long-lasting use characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the lithium ion battery comprising taking carbon black SP, polyvinylidene fluoride, reduced graphene oxide, and lithium iron phosphate, dissolving in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dispersing, coating on surface of aluminum foil, drying, rolling, compacting at normal temperature, dissolving binder in deionized water, stirring, coating on surface of copper foil, drying, rolling, and compacting at normal temperature; and stacking negative electrodes, diaphragms, and positive electrode sheets, wrapping stacked electrode core pieces, packing with aluminum plastic film, injecting electrolyte, sealing, and standing at high temperature.
