NOVELTY - Composite bipolar plate comprises 1-95 pts. wt. expanded graphite with D50 particle size of 1-300 microm, 0.1-50 pts. wt. crystalline flake graphite with D50 particle size of 1-500 microm, 1-95 pts. wt. worm-like graphite with an expansion ratio of 50-2000 ml/g, 1-50 pts. wt. liquid resin, 0.1-20 pts. wt. toughening agent and 0.1-20 pts. wt. conductive filler . USE - The composite bipolar plate is useful for solid electrolyte water electrolytic cell. ADVANTAGE - The composite bipolar plate: has good flow passage forming property, good precision and good mechanical property and electrical conductivity.
