DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene composite silicone packaging material, involves (i) weighing 4-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, adding to 600-800 pts. wt. deionized water, adding 400-500 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing at a power of 300-400 W for 20-30 minutes, then adding 6-7 pts. wt. KH-560 (RTM: gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), continuing the ultrasonic dispersion for 1-2 hours, then centrifuging at a speed of 4000-5000 rpm, washing the precipitate with deionized 3-5 times, adding the washed precipitate to deionized water in a mass ratio of 1:(15-25), then ultrasonically dispersing at a power of 200-250 W for 35-45 minutes, adding 12-24 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, continuing the ultrasonic dispersion at 60-70 degrees C for 3-5 hours, centrifuging, to obtain precipitate, washing with deionized water until neutral, and the drying in an oven at 120-130 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain modified graphene oxide, (ii) adding 45-50 pts. wt. vinyl polysiloxane and coupling agent to a closed four-necked flask, stirring at room temperature for 1-2 hours, increasing the temperature to 55-65 degrees C, dripping 3-3.2 parts of fluorine-containing heptyl methacrylate monomer and 3-3.5 parts of ethylene glycol mixture of catalyst while stirring, reacting for 3-4 hours, the continually stirring until the solution is transparent without stratification exists and cooling to 28-30 degrees C, distilling off toluene solvent under reduced pressure and heat-preserving for 1.5-2 hours, then cooling to room temperature to obtain modified vinyl polysiloxane, and performing vacuum degassing seal preservation, (iii) taking 3-5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. modified vinyl polysiloxane, 3-6 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-1.5 pts. wt. methylnadic anhydride, 18-20 pts. wt. bisphenol epoxy resin, 0.5-1 pt. wt. titanate coupling agent and 1-3 pts. wt. hydrogen silicone oil crosslinking agent, (iv) mixing the raw materials of step (iii), heating to mix evenly, degassing the mixture in a vacuum degassing machine, defoaming for 5-7 hours, adding the defoamed mixture into a hopper of a twin-screw extruder, performing melt extrusion at a screw speed of 600-800 rpm, cooling and pelletizing to obtain pellets, then performing low pressure drying, and then injection molding with an injection molding machine to obtain modified graphene composite silicone packaging material.
