NOVELTY - The method involves coating graphene ink on a substrate. Substrate drying process is performed. The substrate is rolled by using a compression roller. The substrate is selected as a paper, a plastic film and a fabric. Porous graphene nano coating process is performed to form a high-density graphene thin layer. A metal layer is coated with a metal powder, where metal powder is contained with gold, platinum, silver, copper, nickel, tin, zinc, iron, core-shell mixture materials. Composition of the graphene ink is contained with 30 to 75 wt.% of total solids. USE - Wireless wearable communication printed graphene thin layer manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The work more close to all the graphene is applied to future wireless wearable communication system in the near future will make all of the application.
