NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises supported catalyst and active component. The active component is cobalt carbide. The support of catalyst is reduced graphene oxide. The mass content of active component Co2C is 39.4-78.8%. USE - The catalyst is used for dehydrogenation of ethanol to acetaldehyde (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has simple preparation and high loading capacity. The catalyst has high reactivity, acetaldehyde selectivity and 97.9% selectivity.
