▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based epoxy copolymer comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in tetrahydrofuran to obtain graphene dispersion; (ii) adding triethylamine and 4-dimethylaminopyridine to the graphene dispersion in sequence to obtain a mixed solution A, adding 4-chloromethylphenyltrichlorosilane to the mixed solution A, and reacting, post-treating to obtain graphene-based initiator; and (iii) dispersing the graphene-based initiator GO-g-Cl in N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain a mixed solution B, in a nitrogen atmosphere, adding chlorine to the mixed solution B in sequence cuprous oxide, N,N,N,N,N-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, methyl methacrylate and glycidyl methacrylate, thermally reacting, and post-treating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based epoxy copolymer for protection of silicate cultural relics. ADVANTAGE - The method solves problem that the current silicate cultural relic protection material has bad weather resistance.
