▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A hydrogen sensor comprises a substrate layer, which is a copper-based material, a supporting layer and a hydrogen sensitive film. The substrate layer is sequentially connected with the supporting layer and the hydrogen sensitive film. The material of the supporting layer is carbon nanotube or graphene having a concave-convex structure whose upper surface is a micro-nano rough structure. The material of the hydrogen-sensitive film is palladium metal loaded on a surface of semiconductor metal oxide mixed with silicon rubber and graphene. USE - The sensor is used in intelligent monitoring system (claimed) for monitoring hydrogen. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogen sensor has high sensitivity, and low operating temperature and manufacturing cost, and can achieve remote real-time early warning by installing sensor and early warning equipment. The sensitivity of the electrode to hydrogen reaction is further improved by optimizing the metal oxide semiconductor system and selecting silicon rubber and graphene for treatment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an intelligent monitoring system.
